Pantaloon to not disclose Q4 results for FY06

New Delhi, July 17: Pantaloon Retail India today said it will not declare the unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended June 30.

The retail major, however, will declare the audited financial results for the year ended on June 30, 2006 on or before September 30, 2006.

The company has recently entered into a joint venture with Liberty shoes.

It has been the fastest growing retailer with space of over 3.5 million square feet. In two years time, the company seeks to operate across 10 million square feet and have a larger presence in Tier II cities.
