Kotler addresses NASDAQ: CTSH team on customer intimacy

Chennai, July 17 (UNI) The city-based Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: CTSH) today announced that leading management expert Philip Kotler addressed key members of its management team on "Customer Intimacy" as a part of the Company's Global Leadership Programme entitled 'Hi5'.

Kotler is well known for his work on Value-Based Marketing and Creating a Customer Focus, according to Lakshmi Narayanan, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
