JSCA donates Rs 50,000 to ailing former cricketer
Jamshedpur, July 17 (UNI) In a commendable gesture the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) has donated a purse of Rs 50,000 for the treatment of former Bihar cricketer Sudhir Das.
Das, a former all rounder, who represented the state of Bihar in Ranji trophy, is fighting for his life in a private hospital here.
JSCA president Amitabh Chowdhary, secretary Rajesh Verma and Jharkhand coach Tarit Ghosh visited the ailing former cricketer last night and decided to sanction the amount.
