India, Russia to set up Joint Energy Forum
St Petersburg, July 17 (UNI) India and Russia today agreed to set up a Joint Energy Forum as cooperation in the energy field was becoming an important aspect of their economic relations.
The decision was taken at a meeting between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G8 summit, Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran told reporters.
