HMT to consider Q1 results on July 21

New Delhi, July 17: HMT today said its board will meet on July 21 to consider financial results for the first quarter ended June 30.

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 21, 2006, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, along with the limited review by the auditors, a company statement said.

Earlier this month, the company posted a growth of 121.90 per cent in its net profit to Rs 13.27 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 5.98 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005.
