Centre to link Mizoram industries through NSIC
Aizawl, July 17 (UNI) With the aim to link all small enterprises in the state, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) has signed an MoU with the Mizoram Chamber of Industries and Commerce here.
The NSIC would also offer a package of assistance for the benefit of entrepreneurs in the region.
According to the MoU, the package includes single point registration, participating in government and PSU tenders and marketing assistance programme.
NSCI would also participate in government tenders on behalf of these small enterprises to procure order for them.
Apart from this, infomeditary services--get continously updated with the latest specific information on businees leads, tenders, technology and policy issues---are also on the cards.
For skill upgradation, the NSIC would also impart sector specific training for the entrepreneurs of the state for development of manpower, performance and credit system.
NSIC would also help performance and credit system--credit rating of international agencies subsidised for small enterprises upto 75 per cent to get better credit terms from banks and export order from foreign buyers.
Besides this, NSIC would also provide raw material on convenient and flexible terms meeting credit needs of these industries.
For these industries, NSIC would also participate in regional, national and also international exhibition and offers stalls for the entrepreneus in the region at subsidised rates.
