Bombay Dyeing to consider Q1 results on Jul 27

New Delhi, July 17: Bombay Dyeing&Manufacturing Company today said its board will meet on July 27 to consider the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006.

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 27, 2006, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006, a company statement said.

Earlier this month, the company's board had cleared plans to develop 70 acres of land in Dadar and Worli.
