Bomb rumour spreads panic

Dhar, MP, July 17: A bomb scare at Indore Ahmedabad National Highway in this district today spread panic among people, police said today.

Superintendent of Police Praveen Mathur said rumour about a bomb in a briefcase spread panic. However, except clothes nothing was found in the briefcase. Traffic was closed along the highway during investigation.

Mr Mathur said the rumour was taken seriously in view of President A P J Abdul Kalam's visit to neighbouring Jhabua district today.
