Accenture sets up new R
New Delhi, July 17: Accenture Technology Labs (ATL), a technology services and outsourcing company, today opened its fourth research and development technology lab in Bangalore in addition to its R&D labs in the US and France.
The company believes that Bangalore is rapidly becoming a global hub for technology, R&D and software engineering.
''Some of the best researchers and developers in the world are based here and Accenture wants to tap into this wealth of talent to build on our research culture,'' ATL Director Lin Chase said.
The company is hiring India's top talent to build assets that will fuel high performance for our clients over the next two to five years, he said.
ATL will focus on original R&D in systems integration and software engineering for enabling businesses to reduce the cost and improve the quality of technology solution delivery.
The Bangalore lab will have access to upto 2,000 of the latest software development projects across Accenture.
The new lab will be supported by ATL's Experimental Software Environment (ESE), giving researchers hands-on experience with new technologies.
