Two elderley sisters found dead in Mussoorie

Dehra Dun, July 16 (UNI) Two elderely women were found dead in their apartment in Mussoorie last night, police said.

SP (City) N S Napachyal told UNI that Rajendra Dua (74) and her sister Upendra Dua (69) were found dead in their first floor apartment of Callisa House.

The watchman of the nearby Kothi Bhavani Singh found the apartment locked and reported the matter to police. Police found both the sisters dead when they reached the apartment. There was no sign of robbery and prima facie evidence pointed towards their murder.

The Dua sisters ran a garment shop in Mussoorie. The bodies have been sent for autopsy and an investigation was on, Mr Napachyal said.
