Two-day campus recruitments

Tirupati, July 16 (UNI) A Two-day, Career Awarness and Recruitment Drive (CARD) will be jointly conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE), Institute of Service Management (ISM) and National Association of Software Service and Companies (NASSCOM) in Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) campus on August five and six here.

SVU Vice Chancellor S Jayarama Reddy said here eight companies, ADP, Genpact, HSBC, 24/7 Customer, Deloitte, Accenture, Infoys and Wirpo will be conducting the interviews to those who are eligible.

APSCHE Secretary MD Christopher said CARD programme was sucessfully held in Andhra Pradesh and Nagarjuna Univeristy.

In Andhra University, 7300 students were registered for interview and 150 students were recruited by the companies, he added.

The same varsity will conduct MCA faculty development programme with the help of Wipro on August five, six and seven he added.

The Vice Chancellor said the proposed job fair scheduled to be held in August at Sri Venkateswara University Campus was postponed to October inview of the CARD awarness programme.
