Two civilians killed in Rajouri

Jammu, July 16 (UNI) Two civilians were kidnapped and later shot dead at Hilltop of Darhal area of Rajouri district by a group of six militants last night, sources today said.

Six militants, two of them identified as Mohammad Ayub alias Ummar, and Ghulam Mohiudeen alias Gama, entered the house of Nawaz Ahmed alias Naja and kidnapped him at gun point. The militants later took him to Mohammad Shafi's house, where they shot both of them and fled away.

Police have registered a case and a search operation, along with security forces in the area, is being carried out.
