Nicholas Piramal launches world class diagnostic centre

Hyderabad, Jul 16 (UNI) Wellspring, one of the India's largest path lab and diagnostic centre chain from pharma major Nicholas Piramal India Limited(NPIL) has set up an advanced diagnostic centre meeting international standards here.

Inaugurating the centre today Director Strategic Alliances and Communications (SAC), NPIL, Dr Swato Piramal said the standardised practices and procedures of wellspring allowed it to achieve levels of efficiency seen never before in diagnostic healthcare.

Wellspring operates from fourteen locations with over 30 processing labs. The Wellspring located in Kolkata, Mumbai, Mangalore, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Agra, Bikaner, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

He said Wellspring was among the first corporate diagnostic centres to make world class diagnostic services available in major cities and State capitals across India and its laboratories at Mumbai and Kolkata were NABL (ISI-IEC 15189) certified and the other centres were also undergoing certification process.
