Israeli air raids kill 10 civilians in s Lebanon

TYRE, Lebanon, July 16 (Reuters) At least 10 civilians were killed and scores wounded today when Israeli warplanes attacked targets in the southern port city of Tyre, witnesses said.

They said most of the casualties were caused by a strike on a building used by rescue workers in the city.
