Death toll rises to 16 in south Lebanon

BEIRUT, July 16 (Reuters) The death toll from an Israeli air strike on a building in south Lebanon rose today to 16 civilians with more feared trapped under the rubble, an official source said.

Dozens more were wounded from the raid that flattened a multi-storey building housing civilians and civil defence workers in the port city of Tyre.
