Book on Delhi Speaker released

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi has released a book --''Chaudhury Prem Singh-A true son of the soil''-- based on the life and profile of Delhi Assembly speaker Prem Singh.

Mr Singh has been winning from the single assembly consituency in Delhi state since 1958.

New Jersey, a state in the United States, has passed a resolution in its assembly felicitating Mr Singh for the feat, according to a release.

Union Minister of state for Urban Development Ajay Maken was present during the release of the book.
