BJP corporator slain

Gwalior, July 16 (UNI) A BJP corporator was among three persons gunned down by unidentified ruffians who also severely injured one person tonight near Pinto Park here.

''Ward 25's Corporator Sughar Singh Yadav was proceeding to some place in a car when the assailants opened fire killing Mr Yadav, Mr Pintu Balmik and Mr Jagdish on the spot,'' said Additional Superintendent of Police Vineet Khanna.

Mr Yuvraj was hospitalised. The accused are absconding and a festering enmity was suspected to be the motive.
