Romantic Fire claims Stewards cup

Bangalore, July 15 (UNI) Third favourite Vijay Singh's ward 'Romantic Fire' won the Stewards Cup, the main event of the races held today.

Trainer Warren Singh and Jockey M Narredu combination had a brace. Only two favourites obliged in a card of five events.

The sixth, seventh and eighth races were cancelled as underfoot conditions of track were not conducive.
