Rabri trying to get political mileage on Lok Sikshak issue:Nitish
Patna, July 15 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today justified the police action against the agitating Lok Sikshaks and said the opposition was trying to ''encash'' political mileage and was unnecessarily making it an issue.
Reacting to the dharna staged by leader of opposition and senior RJD leader Rabri Devi over yesterdays police lathicharge on the agitating Lok Sikshaks in the state capital, Mr Kumar told newspersons here that no one would be allowed to take law in their hand and create anarchy in the society.
He said absorption of Lok Sikshaks as a whole is impossible and the delegation, which visited him on earlier occasion, had already been communicated about the fact.
Giving details of yesterdays incident, Mr Kumar said the oppositions dharna in support of the agitation indicates the leader of opposition was ''supporting anarchy''.
No pressure tactics would work, Mr Kumar said and warned the Lok Sikshaks to abstain from undemocratic agitation.
He said uncalled for agitation of Siksha Mitras had delayed the decision by five months.
