Former ISI agent remanded to judicial custody
Hyderabad, July 15 (UNI) A local court today remanded Abdul Haleem alias Pervez, a former ISI agent to judicial custody till July 28.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) produced Abdul Haleem, who was arrested yesterday before the Nampally court.
After the court remanded Haleem to judicial custody, he was sent to Charlapally jail.
Allegedly involved in conspiracy to carry out serial bomb blasts in the city in 1993, Abdul Haleem was a member of underground outfit 'Ikwaan-Ul-Musleem' which used to recruit Muslim youth and send them to Pakistan for training.
