Former Director of IMC asked for more documentary films

Hyderabad, Jul 15 (UNI)Former Director of Institution of Mass Communication today underlined the need for producing short documentaries depicting various problems in the society and offering solutions.

Inaugurating the Loyola film festival on enviroment and development here, he said short documentary film makers should take up good subjects on various problems like environment, oldage problems and drug abuse, to create awareness among the people.

He said documentary films on various problems in the society would educate the people and make them think about solving the problem in the society.

Rector and Correspondent of the Academy K.S. Casimir said that the students should not confine only to class rooms but make use of their education and knowledge to solve the problems in the society.
