40 houses gutted in fire

Guntur, Jul 15 (UNI) About 40 houses were completely gutted in a fire in Tenali town today.

According to police, the fire suddenly broke out in the Itanagar area of the town. On noticing the fire, residents ran out of their houses.

Before the fire tenders could reach the place the houses were reduced to ashes.

However, there were no casualties, police said.
