Volume dips Rs 3,341 cr at NCDEX

Mumbai, July 14 (UNI) As many as 2,978 users of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) participated in the trading upto 1700 hrs today and volumes worth down at Rs 3,341 crore (one-way) were traded.

There were 87,960 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in among others guarseed, chana, gold, silver, refined soya oil and chilli according to a NCDEX release here today.

Yesterday, about 442 members had participated in trading and had put through 1,06,730 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was around Rs 4,390 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, gold, chana, silver, chill and guargum, the release added.
