Uttaranchal govt seeks IDEB partnership
New Delhi, July 14 (UNI) Uttaranchal government today invited Bangalore-based infrastructure conglomerate IDEB to develop an IT park here in partnership with its State Industrial Development Corporation (SIDCUL).
This would be done through a joint venture on the basis of 51 per cent and 49 per cent between SIDCUL and IDEB respectively, a press statement said.
SIDCUL was incorporated as a limited company in 2002 in order to promote industrialdevelopment in the state.
IDEB with an expected revenue of 1,000 crore by FY 07, is currently involved in engineering, construction, real estate, hospitality and manufacturing.
