Thomas Cook, Lufthansa offer scheme for students

New Delhi, July 14 (UNI) Travel solutions company Thomas Cook India has launched an offer in partnership with Lufthansa and Lonely Planet for students travelling abroad for higher studies, under which it will give away gifts, free trips and a range of other benefits, The offer named 'University 2 Home City' is available between July 10 and September 30, 2006.

Participation in the offer is open to all students who purchase any two of the three Thomas Cook services, namely air tickets, foreign exchange worth 1,500 dollars or more and ScholarCare student insurance plan.

''This offer is a novel concept designed to encourage students to study abroad and help them realise their dream by reducing the complexity associated with the international academic,'' Thomas Cook India Vice-President Foreign Exchange Operations Ajay Bhatia said.
