Peerless Inn introduces world class restobar for Kolkatans

Kolkata, Jul 14 (UNI) The Peerless Inn, one of the city's best known star hotels, today launched "EGO", a most modern and world-class restobar and lounge offering the best to the ever-demanding consumer.

With Kolkatans becoming more discerning in their choice 'EGO' will be offering wining and dining as never before. The wines and spirits offered would be from all across the world.

" Be it scotch, the sparkling French wine or a Mexican tequila, Ego will have it all", said Peerlees Inn Regional Director Tarun Maity here today.

He said coupled with this was pre-plated world cuisine, which would be lavish in its spread, EGO will give the customer a feel of different parts of the globe.

" As music is one of the most important facets, the restobar is also set to be different as never before as it would complement the theme of the moment and include a wide variety from regular house to trance, techno, hip-hop as well as golden classics, Mr Maity said adding the live music on weekdays would suit every mood and would conjure up images in the minds of every listener.

Mr Maity said "Ego is the first of the many new offerings which the Peerless Inn group plans to give to the city. We are in the process of implementing an ambitious expansion plan and launching of EGO is the first step in that direction.

" The Peerless Inn is also on a major re-structuring drive at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore to make its presence felt as a serious player in the hospitality industry, yet retaining its cultural identity", Mr Maity said.
