One-way traffic on Jammu-Srinagar highway

Srinagar, July 14 (UNI) One-way traffic was allowed this morning on the 300-Km-long Srinagar-Jammu National Highway.

The highway was closed yesterday following landslides triggered by heavy rains. The Border Roads Organisation (BRO), responsible for the maintainance of the highway pressed into service sophisticated machines and made the highway operational.

Official sources said all the stranded vehicles from Jammu side have been cleared.
