NCL Industries board to consider merger on July 21

New Delhi, July 14 (UNI) NCL Industries today said its Board of Directors will meet on July 21 to consider its merger with NCL Energy Ltd.

The board will also take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 during the meeting, a company statement said.

NCL Industries Ltd is a Hyderabad-based Rs 72 crore company engaged in the business of cement, cement boards and prefabricated panels.
