Munda leaves for US to woo investors

Ranchi, July 14 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda today said he would try to bring investment from United States during his tour of the country beginning tomorrow.

Mr Munda today left for New Delhi and before boarding the plane he told reporters that he would meet potential investors from that country during his visit.

The Chief Minister will be accompanied by Home Minister Sudesh Mahto and senior bureaucrats, including Health Secretary and Information and Technology secretary.

Taking a dig at the opposition, he said they were looking for an opportunity to grab power only.

Referring to spiralling price hike, he said it was result of the Centre's policy which failed to anticipate the plight of the poor.

Mr Munda is scheduled to return by July 26.
