Kalam to address MP Assembly
Bhopal, July 14(UNI) President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam will address the legislators of Madhya Pradesh on July 17, the opening day of the monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly celebrating its golden jubilee.
Dr Kalam, during his one-day visit to the state, will also visit tribal village Hatyadeli in Jhabua district to interact with the tribal children and see the development works and cultivation of jatropha, official sources said.
After arriving here by a special aircraft around 1000 hrs, Dr Kalam will drive straight to the Vidhan Sabha to address the MLAs, He will plant a sapling at its premises. He will leave here for Indore, from where he will go to the Jhabua village by helicopter.
From Indore, he will leave for Mumbai, the sources added.
There will be a total of 10 sittings in the monsoon session, which will conclude on July 28.
