New Delhi, July 14 (UNI) Union Minister for Panchayati Raj, Sports and Youth Affairs Mani Shankar Aiyer today announced that the government would sign 22 MoUs with leading industrial houses including Reliance, Tatas and Microsoft to develop business hubs in various parts of rural India to help farmers fetch better returns for their produce.

''The ministry has already signed 45 MoUs with various segments of industry to set up business hubs across the country and many more such MoUs would follow in future,'' he added.

He also stressed for a strategic planning and project development for the wider implementation of e-Governance initiatives and maintained that there is a need for bringing out a balance of equity with rural India.
