Govt-got 2000 complaints against cooperatives: Minister
Kannur, July 14 (UNI) Kerala Cooperative Minister G Sudhakaran today said the government had received more than 2,000 complaints against cooperative banks in the state.
Speaking at a function, he said an inquiry was being conducted into the allegation of finacial irregularities in all the 14 districts.
He pointed out the report of the NABARD had stated that there were financial irregularities to the tune of several crores of rupees in connection with disbursing loans.
