Foreign reserve grows to USD 163.260 bn
Mumbai, July 14 (UNI) The foreign exchange reserves as on July 7 increased by USD 248 million to touch USD 163.260 billion as against the previous 162.912 billion, according to the RBI's weekly statistical report.
In keeping with the international best practice, RBI has included USD 76.5 billion as reserve in the International Monetary Fund. The total non food credit was Rs 11,849 crore.
Total outstanding as on July 7 was to the tune of Rs 53,077 crore.
The loans and advances to the Central Government as on July 7 was Rs 2,988 crore, whereas to the state Government it was the tune of Rs 194 crore.
