Fire breaks out at SBI branch; computers burnt

Mumbai, July 14 (UNI) A fire broke out in the computer section of the State Bank of India's (SBI) branch at Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizer office building in Chembur Eastern suburb late last night.

Fire brigade today said the fire broke out in the bank, possibly due to a short-circuit, at around midnight.

Several computers were damaged in the blaze, though no casualty has been reported.

Four fire tenders and two water tankers were deployed to extinguish the fire, sources added.
