District Sports Officer suspended

Guna, MP, July 14 (UNI) A district sports officer has been suspended on the charge of financial irregularities, including not making payments to suppliers and misbehaving with them.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Vivek Sharma said complaints against district sports officer N K Karada in this regard were found to be true during investigation by Additional SP Avdhesh Goswami.

Subedar Bharat Singh had been handed over the charge of district sports officer.

Sports organisation here welcomed the action against Mr Karada.
