3 die, seven injured in road accident

Rajkot, July 14 (UNI) Three persons were killed and seven others injured when a jeep in which they were travelling collided with an autorickshaw near Veraval in Junagadh district today.

According to the police, the occupants of the jeep were proceeding to Bavlavadar village in Kutiyana taluka of Porbandar district from Veraval when the incident took place, The occupants of the jeep were hailing from Navadra and Kajli village, the police said.

The deceased have been identified as Hassan Mamad Sumra (45), Mahammad Hussain Ibrahim (48) and Aminaben Alibhai (35).

The injured were moved to Veraval hospital, the police said.
