11 devotees injured in fire accident at temple

Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu Jul 14 (UNI) Eleven devotees had received burn injuries in a fire-walk accident in a local temple festival at Boothamangalam village near here yesterday.

Police said the incident occurred, following a stampede in the crowd during the festival.

The injured were admitted to Government Headquarters Hospital here, police added.
