1 held for molesting co-passenger

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, July 14(UNI) Railway police arrested a man hailing from Jabalpur for attempting to outrage the modesty of a woman passenger in the two-tier AC coach of Durg-Bhopal Amarkantak Express on Wednesday night.

Police said M M Gujaral was arrested at Pendra Road station on a complaint of the woman, who was travelling from Raipur to Bhopal. He was later released on bail.

A fortnight ago, an Assistant Sub-Inspector of the Crime branch Umendra Mishra was arrested by the RPF for harassing an American researcher in the Mumbai-bound Gitanjali Express between Champa and Bilaspur stations. He was also released on bail.
