Three killed in jeep-truck collision

Chitradurga, Karnataka, July 13 (UNI) Three persons, including a woman, were killed on the spot and eight others seriously injured when a jeep collided with a truck near Hanagal in Molakalmuru taluk, about 60 km from here, yesterday.

Police sources said the mishap occurred when the victims were on their way to Bellary.

The injured have been admitted to the district hospital here. The deceased have been identified as Thippamma, Neelesh and Prakash.
