SW monsoon active in Kerala
Pune, July 13: The South West monsoon has been active in Kerala and in the regions where it is yet to set in, day temperatures were below normal.
Heavy rains are likely to occur at most places in coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep and at many places in Jharkhand, Bihar, East Uttar Pradesh, Konkan and Goa.
Rains or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, West Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, South interior Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and at a few places in gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Haryana, Punjab, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, North interior Karnataka and at isolated places in West Rajasthan, Gujarat State, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
Heavy rains have occurred at most places in Bihar, coastal Karnataka and South interior Karnataka.
Very light rains have occurred at isolated places in West Rajasthan Gujarat region, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Rains or thundershowers have occured at most places in sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, West Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, East Madhya Pradesh, South interior Karnataka, Lakshadweep and at many places in Assam and Meghalaya, East Uttar Pradesh, Konkan and Goa, Andman and Nicobar Islands and at a few places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Orissa, Jharkhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, North interior Karnataka and at isolated places in gangetic West Bengal, Chattisgarh, Rayalseema and Tamil Nadu.
