Lt Gov swearing-in on Jul 19: Sources

Pondicherry, July 13: Mr Mukut Mithi is likely to be sworn-in as the new Lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry on July 19.

Raj Nivas sources told UNI the date was tentative and yet to be finalised.

Pondicherry Chief Judge M Chinnapandi will administer the oath of office to Mr Mithi.

Fifty-six-year-old Mithi was the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh from 1999 to 2003.
