Minor fire in FCI Building

New Delhi, July 13 (UNI) A minor fire broke out in the Food Corporation of India Building in Connaught Place area of New Delhi this afternoon.

However, it was brought under control within minutes, according to the Fire Brigade.

The fire was reported around 1400 hrs in the computer room on the second floor of the FCI Building.

Twelve tenders were sent to douse the flames. The operation was over by 1420 hrs, it added.
