Mantri developers celebrate 7th anniversary

Bangalore July 13 (UNI) Bangalore's leading builders of residential apartments and commercial buildings, Mantri Developers Private Limited, have completed seven years of operation.

Painting a new skyline in Bangalore, Mantri had so far dveloped over 12 million sq ft of prime real estate in the city with the turnover exceeding Rs 1,000 crore.

Morgan Stanley Real Estate had recently partnered with Mantri and taken up equity stake in the company, with an investment of US Dollars 68 million, according to a company release.

After successfully delivering 3000 homes in the city, Mantri Developers would shortly extend their operations to Chennai and Hyderabad, the release added.
