AP University Prof invited to Beijing

Visakhapatnam, Jul 13 (UNI) The Commission-G-2 International Union of Radio Science Vice Chairman P V S Ramarao was invited to participate in the 36 Scientific Assembly of Committee on Space Research to be held at Beijing in China from July 16 to 23.

A press release said here today that Prof Rao, would be presenting three of his research papers on space weather aspects relating to the GPS satellite-based navigation of aircrafts under the Indian gangan project sponsored by Indian Space Research Organisation and Airport Authority of india.

His visit was being sponsored by the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), New Delhi, the release added.
