Olympian stick-star seeks dismantling of terror camps in PoK
Varanasi, July 12 (UNI) Blaming Pakistan for the Mumbai blasts, hockey star and Padamshri Mohd Shahid today called for destruction of terror camps flourishing across LoC.
''Pakistan has again wounded India's economic heart, but it is sad that our government still wants to make peace with the country, which cannot be trusted anymore,'' the former captain said.
The ultras have struck deadly first in Delhi followed by Bangalore, Varanasi and now commercial capital Mumbai, Shahid said.
''It is the lower and middle-class which are the victims of the blasts and not the affluent and political class who devise the policies to protect the country. The time has now come to snap ties with Pakistan and go on the offensive by demolishing terror infrastructure thriving across the LoC,'' he opined.
