LeT militant killed, three injured
Jammu, July 12 (UNI) A hardcore terrorist of Pakistan based outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) was killed and a Special Police Officer (SPO) was seriously injured in an encounter at Dhareja village under Bhaderwah police station in Doda district last night, police said today.
Official sources said LeT terrorist Mohammad Ramzan was gunned down in an encounter with Special Task Force (STF) of police.
SPO Davinder Kumar was injured and admitted to the Government Medical College where his condition was stated to be critical.
One AK 47 rifle, three magazines, 11 rounds, one wireless set and one chinese grenade were recovered from the slain militant.
In another incident in Poonch, two boys were injured when a bomb, which they took for a ball, exploded. Both were admitted to the hospital.
