HeroITES unveils HeroLive

New Delhi, July 12 (UNI) HeroITES, a Delhi-based BPO company, today announced the launch of HeroLive, an integrated management information system imparting absolute transparency to the overseas clients and operate as a common thread in HeroITES across department.

With HeroLive, clients will not only access the information at an associate level, but can also roll this up to a team leader, a manager and up to the campaign level, he added.

Its main feature includes maintaining entire employee data such as trainer's name, training duration, certification result, pre-assessment and post-assessment score.

In addition, the feedback from the employees can be logged and stored for future references.
