Five trains cancelled due to floods in Bihar
Patna, Jul 12 (UNI) Five trains running under Swadinpur-Nalhati section of Eastern Railway were cancelled today after the flood water of Brahamini overtopped rail bridge following incessant rains for past three days.
Railway sources said here the 3133/3134 Sealdah-Varanasi Express, the 5641/5642 Guwahati-Jhajha Express, the 5671/5672 Ranchi-Alipur Dwar Express, the 209-210 Howrah-Darbhanga Passenger train and the 211-212 Howrah-Rajgir passenger train have been cancelled after the flood water overtopped the bridge.
Sources said the routes of Ernakulam-Guwahati Express, Guwahati-Banglore Express, Guwahati-Thirivunanthpuram Express, Guwahati-Secunderbad Express, Bhagalpur-Ranchi Vananchal Express, Howrah-Gaya Express, Muzaffarpur-Yashwantpur Express and Guwahati-Chennai-Igmore Express had been diverted.
