Dharwad Bar Assn agitates against circuit bench work delay

Dharwad, Karnataka, July 12 (UNI) Members of the Dharwad Bar Association boycotted court proceedings for the second day today and resorted to road blockades, condemning the inordinate delay in taking up work for the circuit bench of the Karnataka High Court at the Water and Land Management Institute near here.

The agitators also staged a dharna in front of the Public Works Department office.
