Alert in Pune

Pune, July 11(uni) City Police has been put on alert and security beefed up informed City following the serial blasts on suburban trains in Mumbai this evening police commissioner D N Jadhav .

The Police Commissioner informed that the ''usual security drills are being followed with nakabandis. There is more presence of police in all the police chowkis. All the lodges are being checked and patrol being stepped up in public places like bus stops, stations, theatres. People should not panic and not listen to rumours , they should move around confidently,but remain alert'', the police commissioner said.
